Alana Hock - instructor
Alana is the one to help you tap, shuffle and swing your way to happiness.
Her warmth, humour and hundred-kilowatt smile set her apart and keep
students coming back for more.

Alana was the instructor for:
- Tap Beginner 1
- Tap Beginner 2
- Swing/Lindy Hop 1
- Swing/Lindy Hop 2
at the MFDS location.
Alana taught in conjunction with Toronto Dance from 2003 to 2006.

Alana is an accomplished Tap and Swing teacher with over 13 years of
experience. She has had the honour of assisting numerous times with
the 93-year-old granddaddy of swing, Frankie Manning. She has taught
around the world from as close as Ottawa to as far away as Japan and
has been featured in many festivals, workshops and TV spotlights including:
- Montreal International Swing Dance Festival
- Swingout New Hampshire
- Toronto's Beaches Jazz Fest
- YTV's - "This Is Daniel Cook"
