For use by those attending Toronto Dance classes

The Adelaide Club shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained by Guest, in attending said club and using the facilities does so at his(her) own risk. Guest assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur to Guest in, on or about the premises of said club and he(she) does hereby full and forever, release and discharge the Adelaide, its owners, employees and agents from any and all claims of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the Guest's use or intended use of the said club facilities thereof, including but without limitation, any claims for personal injuries resulting from or arising out of the negligence of The Adelaide Club, or its owners, agents and employees or the negligence of any other persons, present on said premises including other persons using the said premises as guest.
