I really enjoyed the Salsa-Nightclub 1 classes with Caryl, Chuan and Jean. They were lots of fun and very well organized. I'm looking forward to starting Salsa-Nightclub 2, participating in more of the club and movie outings, and meeting new people!

I really enjoyed and learned so much from the beginner Salsa classes. They were extremely well-organized and systematic in their approach. Sharon Galor's instruction was clear-cut, step-by-step and readily understandable, but yet handled in a very approachable manner. I especially appreciated the attention to technique and details. I have attended beginner salsa lessons at other studios, but after attending the lessons at Toronto Dance, I am a much more confident and capable dancer. Your system of helpers as well as your frequent organized outings to salsa clubs, really do ensure that beginner salsa dancers meet with success.

I wish I had gone to Toronto Dance first. No other studio provides such good instruction. The classes are terrific. The instructors make it easy to learn and fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in learning salsa or other dances.

Toronto Dance is the best school in town. There is no other school that goes the extra mile of making sure that each and every student, past or present have a good time. Apart from being professional, there is also that personal touch/personal connnection, which makes present students stay and past students come back. Toronto Dance School is not about making money for the sake of business, but it's about giving its students a sense of confidence, integrity, while teaching its students to dance. The atmosphere of Toronto Dance is very therapeutic as it takes you in another world where all life's issues freeze for that period in time. Thus making us students happy, content, and proud of who we are. At Toronto Dance, students not only learn to shake a leg or a hip but the art of positioning our bodies and holding ourselves high, so that some of us who don't know what we are doing at least appear to be good dancers. Toronto Dance brings out the best in all it's students which helps build character. At Toronto Dance, we learn that dancing is not just knowing the moves, but knowing and understanding the art of the moves.

I have heard comments from students that no matter which other school they go for dancing, they always maintain their connection with Toronto Dance because Toronto Dance is about fun and family.

Personally, I'm grateful to Toronto Dance for a number of reasons, such as, I have made some very good friends and have met some very good people. Also, this school has helped me to clear my head during my hard times. I think I speak for all Toronto Dance students, when I say that this school has given us a sense of belonging, when life's issues takes us a place where no one else wants to be.

I have found the beginner dance classes offered through Toronto Dance to be a fun and a highly effectively method of learning the basic dance steps. Having taken beginner dance classes before at another location, I was extremely pleased with the teaching methods applied by Chuan. Similar to Toronto Dance, other places will spend the 30 to 45 minutes teaching the basic steps of a dance with two dances during a class. However, their next class would entail the introduction of two new dances, never having the opportunity to practice the pervious steps with the instructors to ensure to basic steps are retained and performed properly. I found the introduction of a new dance during the initial stages to be less effective as the basic steps of a particular dance are lost and replaced by the new dance of that week. This is not the case with Toronto Dance. They spend the first three classes on the same two dances offering a great medium to learn and retain the basic steps taught, while also teaching various dances during the 9-week session. The three consecutive classes provide students to ability to gain a greater understanding, recall and confidence in the dance steps taught. I would recommend Toronto dance to anyone interested in learning Ballroom and Latin dancing.
